We understand how important it is to provide prompt responses to your inquiries. It's so important, that many organizations frustrated with their previous web solutions provider's slow responses have switched to SPIDERtel for better service.

We think we're better than just about any company at it (as well as all the essential elements of web solutions such as strategy, design, hosting, etc.) And, we're willing to put our money where our mouth is.

"We promise to respond to your inquiry within one hour or we will provide you with one hour of free service."

Here's how it works.

	All inquiries must be
	-	from current clients
	-	received by phone at 913.663.4666
	-	between the hours of 9am and 4pm CT, Mon thru Fri, not on a national holiday

	We will
	-	answer the phone (someone is almost always here) or return your phone message (that's left in our general mail box)
	-	provide you with a specific response to your inquiry, or make a firm commitment as to when we will respond to your inquiry
	-	if the person is unavailable that you wish to speak to, we will attempt to locate that person and have them return your call, or we will provide you with a firm commitment on when you can expect a return call or email.

If we are not able to do this within one hour, then we will gladly provide you with one hour of service - FREE - no questions asked.

Now, we're not promising to build a web site within one hour, or even to make edits within this time frame (which we might). But, by making this promise, we are communicating to you our commitment to timely work and responses, not just in responding to the initial inquiry.
