Infinity Fasteners came to SPIDERtel with common problems: How to display a large volume of product information that is constantly changing and how to save money on very expensive catalog production costs.

Infinity's catalog was costing well over $15K every time it ran a full production. Because the costs were so high, they were unable to include all product information, including pricing. So, customers were not getting complete or updated information.

SPIDERtel built a web site that allows for the display of virtually an unlimited number of products. Infinity maintains this information via a web based administrative tool, where they can manage all their product category and detail information. In addition, Infinity and its customers can print out any of the product pages and make their own catalog.  This entire process is accomplished through customized scripting and database displays.

The web site also offers visitors a large array of useful free resources, providing a great service to customers and prospects. This, along with a free quote service, establishes a strong attraction for generating qualified leads.
