In addition to developing Grandma's web site presence,
which includes a customized ordering system, SPIDERtel was also engaged to
help build the Grandma's Catering brand awareness through an effective
email marketing program.
From concept to completion, SPIDERtel worked with
Grandma's to devise a recurring e-newsletter program. A strategy was
developed that captures the essence of Grandma's and strengthens the
relationship between Grandma's and her new and existing clients.
On a monthly basis, a highly stylized newsletter is
produced and distributed to a growing "opt-in" list of
recipients. The content of the newsletter is rich and interactive,
including polls and links to full recipes, humor and other
information. Traffic and results are measured and
analyzed every month to ensure maximum ROI (return on investment) is
achieved.
